			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve seen my fair share of Star Trek on TV growing up, but I haven&#8217;t watched a single episode since the early 90s. Since it had been so long, I have to admit I was a wee bit nervous that Star Trek the movie might be a little too &#8220;trekky&#8221; for me to handle. To my surprise and relief, it had a perfect blend of action and classic references that all levels of Star Trek fans could appreciate. If you haven&#8217;t seen it, please do! Treat yourself to a few hours of quality geeky entertainment.</p>

<p>Oh and ps, I LOVED <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zachary_Quinto" target="_blank">Zachary Quinto</a> as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spock" target="_blank">Spock</a>.  I&#8217;m already a huge fan of his from his role as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sylar" target="_blank">Sylar</a> in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heroes_(TV_series)" target="_blank">Heroes</a>, but he not only pulls the look of Spock really well, his acting was spot on &#8211; mildly awkward and arrogant. =D</p>
